LOGISTICS

• Tents with lights will be set-up in case of rain or to provide shade from the sun.  Chairs, benches, and tables will be available to sit and enjoy your food and/or listen to great music.

• Lavatories will be strategically placed for easy access.

• The entertainment stage will be state-of-the-art with lighting and sound.  The stage is covered in case of rain.

• The grounds are secure with fencing and a single point of entry.  Police and security will be present 24 hours-a-day providing round-the-clock security.

• A service road provides easy access for vendors.

• Electricity, water and waste removal are provided to all vendors.
