FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Half-rack and whole racks of ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, and barbecue chicken will be sold by 8 of the best local and national "Ribbers", including new Ribbers from Ontario, Canada and Plymouth, Indiana. You will be able to sample some of the best ribs and barbecue that New England has to offer.  Those attending will be able to rate the rib vendors, so try them all!

New Hampshire State Barbecue Championships

In addition to the rib vendors vying for the title of the event's "Best Ribs", the New England Barbecue Society and the Kansas City Barbecue Society will be presenting a grilling and barbecue contest featuring the northeast's best grillers and barbecuers.  The Governor has proclaimed this contest, the official New Hampshire State Barbecue Championships.  You don't want to miss an opportunity to sample some of the best grilled and barbecued meat available in New England.
